She worked with Costa Daily and Diario de la Vega for more than two years
The journalist Viviana Laura Hunter (born in Buenos Aires, October 24th, 1972) died early on the morning of Sunday, November 27 at 44 years of age. A journalist by vocation, she worked for various media in the Vega Baja. For more than two and a half years she worked for Costa Daily's sister publication, Diario de la Vega, reporting everything that happened in Torrevieja. She was also the first person to start translating the Spanish news stories into English.
Her love of communication led her to work in radio, press and internet publications from a very young age, but her passionate love of letters went beyond this. She wrote poetry and entered numerous competitions with very good results.
Most recently she had been directing her personal project, Torrevieja Plaza, for which she was engaged in committed journalism.
She was a committed to social causes, a fighter and an energetic woman despite all the difficulties. Her vocation enabled her to keep up to date with everything going on in the worlds of politics and society, and she was always happy to have a conversation about any topic that was suggested. We'll miss you Vivi, Rest in Peace.
