The Virgen del Pilar bank holiday weekend, which starts on Thursday October 12, will arrive with stable weather all over the country, so the State Meteorology Agency (AEMET) has predicted.
It said it is not expected to rain anywhere in Spain, although there could be occasional clouds, especially in coastal areas in the mornings.
Temperatures across the country should remain unchanged or rise slightly, reaching 34ºC in areas of the south east. However temperatures on the coast and just inland of the coast of Alicante province will not change and should stay the same as they have been the last few days, reaching close to 30ºC inland and just over 25ºC on the coast.
The gentle breeze will mean the sea is calm and there could be a lot of people enjoying the beaches and the many fiestas that are taking place at this time.
