The season of jazz continues this weekend with a concert this weekend at the Palacio de la Música in Torrevieja’s town centre. Property Evictions in the Valencia Region Are Third Highest in Spain

Property evictions are still high in the Valencia Region, although the number has fallen in Alicante. A total of 2,245 evictions were carried out in the second quarter of 2018 in the Valencia Region – a reduction of 1.8% from the same period in 2017, according to a report from the General Council of Judicial Power. From this total, 1,212 corresponded to tenants being evicted from their home due to not being able to pay their rent – procedures related to the Law of Urban Rentals. For its first concert of the new 2018-19 season, the Torrevieja Symphonic Orchestra just happens to be celebrating its tenth anniversary.
