Government approves urgent measures to improve access to housing and promote affordable rents

The Royal Decree-Law on urgent measures to improve access to housing and promote affordable rents, approved by the Council of Ministers, provides for amendments to five laws that affect the sector, allowing improvements to be made to provide better conditions to rental agreements for tenants and prevent evictions.
