Teenage victim was being threatened with a knife by her adult boyfriend Orihuela Town Hall has approved a proposal to publicly congratulate four Local Police officers for their actions in the recent arrest of a man for a gender violence offence against a teenage girl. Guardia Civil operation swamps Torrevieja Municipal Animal Shelter

Foster homes needed for dogs, horses, ferret and a pirahna An operation by the Guardia Civil in Torrevieja has forced the Municipal Animal Shelter to issue a public appeal for people to adopt some of the animals in its care. The Guardia Civil arrested 30 members of a supposed criminal gang and seized 26 animals, including six dogs owned by the suspects that were roaming near a finca in El Limonar.
