Woman Dies in Alicante Airport Fall

A woman died on Saturday afternoon in a fall at Alicante-Elche airport A young woman, said to be 28 years-of-age, died on Saturday afternoon after falling from a 20-metre height at Alicante-Elche airport. The incident occurred a little after 5:30 p.m. on a footbridge located at the bus loading area. A paramedic ambulance attended the scene and medics carried out cardiopulmonary resuscitation before transferring the woman to Elche General Hospital, where she died.
