Torrevieja Municipal Swimming Pool Christmas Opening Hours

As can be expected, the usual opening times for many local public services and offices will be disrupted during this Christmas period. The Councillor for Sport at the town hall of Torrevieja, Victor Ferrández, has announced how the municipal pool’s opening times will run from now until the end of the Christmas holidays on 7 January 2019. The pool will be closed today, Monday 3 December, and tomorrow, Tuesday 4 December due to maintenance. S.A.T. Animal Rescue Christmas Fete

The S.A.T. Animal Rescue charity based in La Marina will be holding their annual Christmas Fete this Thursday morning. The festive event is being held in order to raise money for the charity that helps rescue and rehome stray and abandoned dogs in the area. Strength and growth are both apparent in the tourism sector along the Costa Blanca, as figures have increased once again The Valencia region welcomed 8,278,401 foreign tourists between January and October, 2.5% more than in the same period of the previous year, with the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries as the main origin of those tourists.
