Weather permitting, the next location to watch the Perseidas and the night sky will be Playa Flamenca on Monday 13 August

A night sky event has been arranged by the MUDIC science museum in Orihuela, with a workshop to discuss what´s to see, including the summer constellations, the Perseidas showers and the planets Jupiter, Saturn and Mars.

The moon will also be making an appearance, all visible through telescopes along the promenade.

The action starts at 10:00pm, but it might be better to arrive early to meet the rush.
