No excuses not to exercise this summer in Pilar de la Horadada!
For most of us, unless we get up at the crack of dawn or wait until very late at night, our exercise routine goes out of the window until the weather starts to cool down from September onwards.
Many walking groups, for example, take a break during the summer months, and the majority of us will swap our healthy exercise routine that we practise for 10 months of the year for meals in restaurants, cocktails and lying on sunbeds.
But that’s not the case at the town hall of Pilar de la Horadada. They have concluded that although temperatures may be unbearable at certain times of the day, we should not neglect our exercise regime under any circumstances.
So, that’s why they have organised free keep fit mornings for anyone to attend three times a week on their beaches for the months of July and August. The classes start on Monday 2 July and the details are as follows:
Date: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 31 August
Time: 9.00h to 10.00h
Place: Mil Palmeras beach, Playa Jesuitas (Torre de la Horadada) and Playa Higuericas
