Join in these free organised strolls every week this month

One of the best ways to maintain good health is by carrying out some form of exercise on a daily basis. Not only is this good for your body, but it is also good for your mind. And exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous or punishing, it can consist of anything from a gentle swim up and down your pool to ten minutes of stretching as soon as you wake up.

For most people, exercising with friends or in a group is much more fun than going it alone – and it’s much more likely that you’ll get it done when others are checking up on you to make sure you’re not skiving.

For this reason, the town hall of Pilar de la Horadada has organised a series of hour long walks around the town every Tuesday and Thursday.

The activity is free, and anyone can take part. All you have to do is wear comfortable clothes and footwear and bring a bottle of water with you to drink.

Note: These guided walks finish on Thursday 28 June.

Date: Every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

Time: 09.30h to 10.30h

Place: Pilar de la Horadada

Address: Leaving from the Centro de Ocio Para Mayores, Parque 30 de Julio
