600 passengers, mostly Germans, will be stopping off on the way to Ibiza

The cruise ship Albatros is expected to drop anchor in Torrevieja this Saturday, October 8th with about 600 passengers on board, most of them Germans.  The boat will be coming from Malaga and after a few hours will depart towards Ibiza, explained Councillor Fanny Serrano.

The first passengers will step ashore at about 2pm and she assured everything has been prepared to attend to them properly, “so that they get the best image of our town”. A marquee has been prepared which will be attended by personnel from the Municipal Tourism Office, in the Marina Salinas Port, where the passengers will disembark. Those who want to will receive information about the town and a bag of promotional material, as well as a map with a commercial route designed by the Torrevieja Association of Small and Medium Businesses, APYMECO.
