Routinely when I have my RE/MAX balloon pin on my shirt or jacket, people ask about the real estate market. Last week at the supermarket, the butcher asked how things were going and if people are buying. A couple weeks ago a woman asked me what it costs to sell a home in Spain. Of course, one of the most frequent questions is always about the costs of buying a home.
After giving it a bit of thought, I have decided to organize “RE/MAX Coffee Time” each Wednesday afternoon in May from 4pm to 5pm giving anyone the opportunity to come in and ask real estate related questions. You bring the questions, and we will supply the coffee and work hard to resolve your questions.
